Hi there, I am Peter

Photography is my hobby since I took my first shoots with a Kodak Instamatic camera as a teenager. What really fascinates me is the combination of technology and creativity with exploring nature and cities.
I take digital and analogue photos with various old and new cameras, black and white as well as color.

I am also a big fan of Douglas Adams, the author of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Last Chance to See and other great books.

I live in Aarau, Switzerland.
I am an active member in the Fotowerk Basel and in BelleVue - Ort für Fotografie.

I earn my living as biochemist with Empa (Swiss Federal Laboratories for Material Science and Technology) in technology transfer.
